5/11 - 280.2 lbs, 35.3% bf. Marching in the right direction...here's hoping I can keep it going.
On the road, had a croissant sandwich for breakfast (450 cal). No time for snacking.
Lunch was a cobb salad, for right around 500 cal.
Caved in and had some Jack in the Box fries (350 cal).
Dinner was this Ethnic Gourmet organic chicken, rice and veggie meal (300 cal), followed up by some chips and 5 layer organic Mexican dip (500 cal).
All told, around 2100 cal for the day. I'm still eating more calories than I'd like, but not nearly what I used to eat. If I can continue to build this into some consistency, I should do pretty well with the weight loss.
