Monday
5/15 - 280.6 lbs, 35.8% bf. Exactly the same as Sunday morning before we hit the buffet. Breakfast was normal (370 cal), croissant for a snack (450 cal). Lunch was a lean pocket and my salad (370 cal). I had a BRC burrito from El Pollo Loco as a snack (500 cal). Dinner was some mini pizza bagels (440 cal), for a little over 2100 cal for the day. Hopefully Tuesday will not be so dangerous.

I am now hooked on Healthy Choice's bourbon steak. I don't know what the calories are but it only has 7 grams of fat. That is what I am having for lunch today.
That is a good one. Some of those meals are actually pretty good. The Healthy Choice Italian meals (stuffed shells, etc.) look good and have low calories, etc., but the sauces are way too bland. The Chicken Carbonara is good and my personal fave is the French Bread Pepperoni Pizza. 360 cal, 5g fat, 21g protein, and 56g carbs. The carbs are high, but the rest of the stats are pretty good. The taste, though, is really good. I don't know why they don't use that sauce on other things.
Another brand that I like the taste of is the "South Beach" frozen meals. They're right by the Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine, etc., frozen foods. Good selection, great taste, and because they're promoting the lower carb aspect, they tend to be a little more balanced in adding protein vs. fat. Check 'em out.
