So...when last we left things, I was fat. Well, I still am, but I'm starting to head in the right direction again.
6/20 - 281.6 lbs and 36.3% body fat.
6/21 - 280.4 lbs and 35.9% body fat.
6/22 - 278.8 lbs and 38.4% body fat. Maybe there is something to this rededication thing after all.

Lean Pockets Breakfast Sandwiches (2) - 300 cal
Snack
Peanuts - 340 cal
Lunch
Turkey and Swiss Pita Sandwiches (2) - 400 cal
Snack
Wheat Thins - 270 cal
Dinner
TGI Fridays Potato Skins - 500 cal
TGI Fridays Santa Fe Chicken Salad - 300 cal
Total - 2330 cal. More than I should've had, but dinner screwed us up. When we go to places like TGI Fridays, we usually get veggie burgers in an attempt to be a little more health conscious. Unfortunately, TGI Fridays has removed veggie burgers from their menu, for reasons unknown. As such, dear and patient gf wanted some comfort food, and the potato skins were it. So it goes.

I am not checking the scale for 2 weeks because I am heading to the beach for the week. Alcohol and seafood will be my combination of choice.
